Installation timelines depend on the complexity of the project. However, most residential installations are completed within a few days.

Yes, we stand behind our work and offer warranties on both materials and craftsmanship. 

• Our typical gate motor installation has a minimum warranty of 2 years of comprehensive coverage on parts and labor. This goes up to 7 years with heavy-duty commercial units.

  • We have a lifetime warranty on welding craftsmanship.

  • 1-year minimum warranty on gate repairs. 

Our repair technicians will assess the issue, provide a detailed explanation and estimate for repair. With approval from you, the issue will be fixed  on the spot whenever possible.

Not at this time but it is a direction we are thinking of expanding into in the future.

Your gate was a big investment upfront and we want that investment to be worth it. Preventative maintenance is not just a look-see and a thumbs up. Our technicians go through a check-list of work they perform on your gate to make sure things continue to run smoothly. Your investment is worth protecting!

For all service calls, the service call fee is required upfront to reserve your place on the dispatch schedule.

If additional work is needed, you will be contacted for approval, and any approved charges will be processed through the card on file.

This streamlined process helps us serve you more efficiently and ensures transparency with our billing.

For major installations, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the installation. It will be charged to the card on file unless other arrangements have been made.

Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount upfront and receive a 3% discount on your total order.
